Roger Scott

Native, Roger Scott Budge, is an Independent Film Producer, Director, Music Composer and Cinematographer who currently resides in Houston, Texas.

He wrote, directed and produced his first film short when he was 14 years old. He graduated from Sam Houston State University with a degree in Radio/TV & Film with a Spanish Minor. He served as a religious mission in Madrid, Spain where he later wrote his first screenplay about the Spanish Civil War of 1936-39.

Mr. Budge specializes in reality TV and personal human interest interviews. One of his greatest works was the award winning Document-Drama "THE MESSENGER: 360 Days of Bolivar" about the interesting lives of those who survived Hurricane Ike in 2008.

Mr. Budge has produced and directed award winning feature films, music videos, industrial and corporate videos, as well as business promotional website videos. He also currently works as a free lance camera operator and DP for MTV Tr3s, BET and other networks. He served as Director of Photography for the highest rated MTV Tr3s episode ever of "Quiero Mis Quinces" for the quinceañera of Erica Lopez of Houston, Texas.
