Shay has always been a social butterfly, connecting with every person that crosses her path. Having an eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively, have propelled her career in many industries and fields.

Being a strong visual creative has allowed Shay to excel in image consulting and brand development crafting amazing stories and giving life to a clients’ vision. Although starting her career as a image and beauty consultant, this proved to be a launching pad for her to master and refine her other talents in public relations, event development and creative direction.

Able to communicate and articulate a brands identity to their clientele, Shay has landed high profile clients from The White House, Good Morning America to The Own Network and more. 

When not using her gifts, Shay is also an inspiring humanitarian. Volunteering regularly while committing to focus her career on helping non-profit organizations especially as they relate to women, community outreach, and social issue activism.

Jade

Originally a New York native, living in the South since 2008, my friends commonly know me as the New York Sweetheart. After 14+ years in the corporate world, I resigned from my role as a manager in 2019 becoming a full time entrepreneur. As a true servant leader with an assertive disposition, I proudly manage two thriving hospitality companies (J.R. Events & All About You Staffing) in Northeast Florida with expansion happening in North Carolina & Texas.

Nominated as a Professional Business Woman of the Year in 2019 by the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce's Professional Woman’s Council and later enduring a global pandemic in 2020; I am excited to share the story of how my companies went from thriving to surviving and back to thriving again!

Ajay

Actor | Content Creator

Originally a radio personality with a Houston based listenership peaking at 1.5 million, the actor/content creator has produced, hosted and interviewed artists and celebrities, such as Garth Brook, ZZ Top, Brett Elderege, Bert Kriesher, Gilbert Gottfried and many more! Realizing his knack for helping brands, he has managed multiple social media pages for businesses and multiple personalities with followings up to 200,000. Ajay also has a passion for helping people even if he doesn’t know them, promoting positivity in everyone's life. Amongst it all, he has a passion for volunteering his free time to non-profit organizations that benefit individuals with Down Syndrome. Ajay is from Lake Jackson, Texas but currently resides in the city of Houston.

BLAIR

MEDIA & POLITICAL CONSULTANT

Blair is a seasoned political consultant with over 15 years of community engagement and campaign experience. Her roots begin in the office of Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee where she served as a political aide. She continued her journey working as a campaign consultant in the campaigns of Mayor Sylvester Turner, Judge Kristen Hawkins, and District Attorney Kim Ogg, all of which still hold incumbent seats in their respective careers.

Ashley

Ashley has over 10 years of experience and is celebrated for her expertise in brand marketing and event activation. Having worked with industry giants like Foot Locker, The Houston Rockets, The Houston Texans, Fox, and CW Network, she brings a wealth of experience in managing impactful activations and creating unforgettable experiences. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ashley is a devoted member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, showcasing her commitment to community service through various projects. A natural mentor, she finds joy in guiding youth and young adults towards personal and professional success. With an impressive track record and an unwavering dedication to growth and service, Ashley stands out as a leader in the industry, poised to elevate any project she undertakes.

RIZ

DIGITAL MARKETING EXPERT

I am a SEO'er, graphic designer, accounts manager, and business developer. I have directly impacted customer volume in small, mid, and enterprise-level businesses by harnessing my knowledge of search engine optimization. I have ranked new websites and old websites for targeted buyer phrases. My specialty is turning websites into revenue-generating businesses through high-quality SEO (link-building and content optimization).

With each project, I position myself as a buyer to understand the user journey and with my design background I am able to enhance CRO (conversion rate optimization) - turning those users into buyers. I strive to build a unique approach to every project that I get assigned. I do an in-depth analyses of the SEO traffic, understand the competitive landscape, and dig for search trends to provide actionable ”to-do” items for stakeholders. I do NOT believe in a "one size fits all" strategy. Each client has its own target market, an offering they want to announce, a unique competitive advantage, and a hindsight business focus. I take all those variables and develop a full digital marketing blueprint but with a heavy focus on positioning my client's websites high in Google, Bing, Yahoo, and other search engines. 

My business development experience and interest in psychology, it has led me to become an avid researcher in buyer journeys.

MARC

WRITER | PRODUCER | ACTOR

Marc is a screenwriter, actor, and producer, originally from rural northern New York and now based in San Antonio, Texas. His ongoing work includes project management and content creation for corporate and non-profit clients, including weekly podcasts, marketing videos, and table talks. In addition, he’s currently producing and directing a half-hour pilot for a Pro-Life travel series to be pitched to Christian broadcast networks. As a member of SAG-AFTRA, Marc began using his weekly acting class in North Hollywood to workshop original scene material rather than relying on produced scripts. Since then, he's shifted his focus to writing first, and he develops stories, screenplays, and pilot scripts intended to generate awareness of lesser-known historical figures and events and introduce true stories from his own life. Before stepping into narrative storytelling, he worked stints in television, producing original programs and news content, and serving on-air as a weathercaster and traffic reporter. Marc is a former board member of Women in Film & Television (WIFT) Houston, Texas, where he served as Vice President and became the WIFT chapter's first male board member. A children's educational TV series that he co-created and produced, Houston ZooperStars Challenge, ran for three seasons on Houston's CBS affiliate and earned multiple Lone Star Emmy nominations. His work as a television writer-producer in the Houston market also included hour-long specials for the CBS affiliate and medical segments for national distribution. His background outside of entertainment includes roles in Special Education in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Los Angeles, California. In LA, he worked with children of all ages as a Board Certified Autism Technician. These positions were preceded by roles during college as a summer camp counselor at two facilities in upstate New York for youth and adults with developmental disabilities. Neurodivergence is also a subject that touches him personally as his daughter, a senior in high school, was diagnosed with ADHD and autism as a teen.
