We understand that most people are used to being able connect with the people that they work with. However, as an agency, we retain the right to handle all communication with our clients directly. We have many reasons for the enforcement of this policies. So, we have taken the time to list out a few of those reason below for your review.

 1.) TM Agency is an equal opportunity staffing agency. We specialize in hiring disadvantaged women, neurodivergent adults, and other capable candidates from diverse backgrounds.

For this reason, we want to make sure to handle all correspondence due to the nature surrounding some of the disadvantaged women. Additionally, assist in keeping records straight for our neurodivergent adult staff.

 2.) With reason 1.) in mind, we want to make sure that we are a united front. We don't share which artists are disadvantaged or neurodivergent therefore, we coordinate all interactions for our staff.

3.) We invest a significant amount of time, money, and effort in creating every opportunity. As an organization, we are committed to promoting a standard in the industry and ensuring that our team can rely on repeat work rather than focusing on one-time gigs for individual artists. We spend time, money, and energy setting up every opportunity.

4.) When someone meets an artist under our brand "TM Agency", it can be confusing for them to differentiate between speaking to that artist as an individual artist or as a representative of the agency. The advantage of working with an agency is that if an artist needs to cancel or the client is not satisfied with an artist, we can always provide another one. However, if you are an individual artist who is a " No-Show", or is perceived as behaving unprofessionally, there is nothing that can be done when that artist is the sole point of contact.

At our agency, we understand the value of your work in the market based on your skill set, experience, area, and field. We keep up with the ever-changing standard rates for your service and also stay informed about our competitors' rates. This market research helps us to negotiate the best possible payout for the artists on our team.

Sometimes we receive bookings that don't have the budget to cover our booking fee or even fall short of what you prefer to be paid. In such cases, we have even gone as far as not adding our booking fee, which is the primary way for our agency to get paid. We do this to ensure that our artists are consistently working and to support their growth and success.

Please note that upon receiving payment for any work through the Agency, you have initiated this binding agreement. Any violations on your part or on behalf of another artist can lead to a financial penalty equal to the full value of the lost business potential for up to one year's worth of services.
